I think it is pretty safe to say you have some serious damage to the bottom end with the oil coming out like that. I can't see if being something simple.
My concern would be the pulley, and I would have personally removed it before towing the car in (although it sounds like your dealer has probably seen it before). Not a big fan of pulleys due to the fact that they don't produce much power, and it is one mod that is directly connected to the engine that gives the dealers an excuse to not cover the engine if something lets go. From a strictly legal standpoint, it is tough to argue that a breathing mod caused engine damage unless they can somehow show that it caused detonation. I don't think they need evidence like that with the pulley. They could argue the pulley affected anything from the crank, rods, pistons, bearings, etc. In this case, it comes down to what kind of dealer you have. I know one G sedan owner that a dealer refused engine warranty due to a non-OEM pulley.
