He most likely just has the simple bolt on's and a tune could possibly be on meth also, because there are like 2 that i know of on the forums that have the turbo upgrade (not many ppl want to spend 4K on a Cobalt for that... I wouldnt) My mod's are 3'' catless dp, 3'' exhaust, intake, upgraded charge piping, upgraded intercooler, and a trifecta tune from what im seeing from others dyno sheets with those exact mods i should be around 330hp and 340-350tq on stock k04 turbo and around 22-23psi for me 3rd gear pulls the hardest. Ugly? yes, cheap? yes, fun little car to drive? hell yes.
