Honestly, between the two cars a lot has changed. Basically Nissan went back and did a ground up design with taking its knowledge from the 350z and using some of it to inspire the 370z design.

For the average person they will just say, oh its a refresh but really it is a solid overall between the two cars. Both of which were fantastic and great in their own ways.
Yep it's definitely a total overhaul. The 370 in just about every way is an improvement over the 350.
