I switched dealerships after the tranny issue and haven't had as many problems with my new one it's all about they're attitude they all get trained the same some techs/shops just care more than others.

This kind of crap drives me nuts!! I went in the other day to get the new rear hatch springs for my Nismo, I have to schedule an appointment, take the car in and have someone "install" them...stupid. I don't trust a valet driver to park my car, there are way to many poeple out there not getting paid enough to even give a ****.
