That is probably also true. : ) Its the smartest thing we could have done.
"hang him in the City" or "feed him pork" would just have angered alot of people which is something you dont want. By showing a sign of respect to the rest of the Islam world, who's reputation has been battered by this extremist, we are showing the world that we respect everyone, but this guy was a murdered. Still even so, we respect the rights of his Religion. It wasn't Islam's fault he existed. He twisted Islam to control people. And lastly yes it does conceal evidence. It also prevents his body from becoming a shrine, a calling for other extremists. It quite simply, buts an end to part of this.
