SRA = Solid Rear Axil = both wheels on a single mechanism something like a teetertotter
IRS = independant rear suspention = wheels move independant of each other.
IRS is better on bumpy roads, harsh road conditions. SRA is generally thought to be better at handling gobs of power cheaply and has slightly less drivetrain loss.
