I'm so ready to have my own place so I can have a pet. I don't trust my roommates enough to have a pet. I prefer dogs but with my schedule leaving the poor guy at home during the day for 8+ hours just isn't fair. Which is why I think I'd end up with a cat. Damn thing will basically take care of itself just throw out some food/water and clean the litter box every few days and they're good. I'd feel guilty leaving a dog at home alone for that long especially a puppy but a cat couldn't care less about it.
what kind of dog btw? Might have to borrow him/her for some walks this spring in the parks.
