Generally speaking yes, but its not an absolute. Mustang dynos can be tweaked to read just as high as dynojets, if not higher. Unless you really believe a stock 370Z is doing 318whp when other mustang dynos show 240-280, thats a lot of discrepancy for car break-in/altitude/ambient temperature.
