The only way a gas station knows its broken is if people like you tell them. I'll bet the pumps meter was calibrated by a state inspector within the last year. Check the sticker on the pump. Not a BJ's problem... its an industry equipment issue. If you hang up the nozzle like you're supposed to it wont do that.
