Mmmm, I don't think so. I originally used an on/off switch instead of a momentary switch and the light didn't turn on with the headlights when the circuit was closed. The headlights have to be on and then the BCM needs to get the switch signal. If the switch is already closed (or directly wired across In5/Out3), the BCM never gets the intermittent signal.

If you want the light on every time the headlights are on, it's easier to just tap the rear fog light harness into one of the tail lights.
