There are four different ways for me to answer my Driod while driving.

When a call comes in, the default button that shows on the Nav screen is "Answer". You can touch the screen or use the button on the steering wheel. The third is to set the phone to auto answer incoming calls. The fourth would be to use the handset to answer.

The only time I use the handset while driving is to enter dial pad numbers. I have to dial an extension to get my wife's desk and the dial pad is locked out on the Nav screen while driving.

I will be getting the module to defeat that soon. I am tired of not being able to have my passanger update a route address while moving.
