Agree, looks like the clear peeled off also. You could try Dr Colorchip, but I think it might be too big a chip. If you have it done by a pro, they won't re-paint the whole hood, just that area and blend it in. Still won't be cheap though, so I would try Dr. Colorchip first. Kits start at around $40-50.
