My 370Z roadster seems to get a little "unsettled" at the rear when pushing hard through a sweeping corner with some rough areas say mid corner[we have lots of those here in NZ!!],its as though the shocks are out of sorts with the suspension,no problem with the front it always feels well planted and give no cause for concern.
My thoughts are that the rear shocks are not up to the job in those conditions,or the roadster is not as "stiff" in the rear as the coupe.

Yep. The roadster stock suspension is poopage... Did BC Racing ER coilovers with the Scott's re-valving and swift springs to match the re-valve job and the suspension is MUCH better
