Midas is a ripoff and they don't do good work. They want $300+ to install an exhaust on a Z.

The GT-R button will take you like 5-10 min tops to install & the hps tubes will be easy as well. The exhaust will cost about $100-$120 anything more they are overcharging you. Since it's only new springs, I'd say the install price would be $200-$400.

Wheels + new tires -- if the tires are on already, figure .5 hrs for install. This is really easy to do on your own though
Swift Springs Figure 3-4 hours of labor.
Invidia Gemini exhaust Should be about 2 hours of labor at most shops. Figure $120-200
Fog light This will vary widely depending on how well they know the car and such. This is another one worth doing yourself.
HPS silicon tubes .5 hours max.
Unfortunately for you, none of these guys have much overlap, which is where you usually see a discount.
