No, that's a product of the new car (the front/rear bumpers lining up perfectly) and the super smooth surfaces at Talladega and now Daytona since it was freshly repaved). But the two car drafts were so fast at Daytona (206 mph average laps) that they made the plates a lot smaller to slow them down some, but I think they slowed them down a little too much (190-192 mph laps in the draft now when 196-200 would have been the sweet spot).
