Took my z to the local shop today to get my swift springs and h&r spacers installed (15f20r) and they quoted me $150 for the springs and $560 for the spacers. I asked politely why so expensive on the spacers (knowing beforehand it would take about 2 hours without a lift after reading this diy) and they said that EACH spacer would take 2 HOURS to install

I think ill give it a shot this weekend. Thanks for the write up yall.
