if i was you, id make them paint it correctly. its definitely not correct practice to paint a completely different paint color over a layer of paint. what they need to do is sand it all down, re-primer it, then paint it a semi-gloss black (as is the OEM nismo). i know on my nismo, i've had a few little nicks on the grill opening and its just plain black under..
