Air Conditioner Noise
Just took the Z out of hibernation yesterday and started to hear a new noise today. When I turn my air conditioner on, I hear a weird noise from the glove box area, almost like something is hitting something else. It's sounds almost like if you put a piece of paper against the spinning blades of a fan, it's a steady tsk tsk tsk tsk sound... but really fast. The speed of the air coming out doesn't seem to change how fast the sound is, which is kind of weird. I also turned the air conditioner off and just had air blowing out of the vents, and it still made the sound. It doesn't matter if the air is blowing on your feet or through the defrosting vents, it still makes the sound. The only time it stops is when I turn the air off completely.
I'm not sure if some stupid animal decided to move in for the winter and wreaked havoc somewhere in my car... I looked inside the engine bay pretty good and don't see anything really out of place. But like I said, it sounds like it's coming from the other side of the glove box... it's really annoying.
Just checking to see if anyone else had a similar issue.
