(reports of poor customer service have been circulating for months.. refer to THREAD HERE) Your current customers are getting the short end of the stick and it's not right. I do not currently own a Z however I was once very active within the 350Z community and still browse each Z forum daily. If you are too busy to respond to customers then you should hire someone to help with email's/PM's/call's or simply not take more orders until these issues are resolved. Sorry Rick but based on your current reputation/customer service I will not be purchasing anything from you I will take my business to that "little shop" that has time to answer my email's/PM's/call's
