The issue at hand is wheel sales. You made it very clear in your previous postings that you no longer stock these wheels as "little shops" often undercut you and so it's not in your interest to stock the wheels. I have followed each thread on my350z and this forum and it's apparent there is a SERIOUS issue at hand. One or two people posting with issues.. sure maybe it's an isolated incident.. but this is clearly not the case! There are countless posts regarding serious lack of communication, failed ETA's, phones disconnected, vendor status removed, refunds not being made, etc.. those are not signs of a
healthy business. It's apparent you built a solid reputation in your previous years of business and that's why I haven't commented on the situation until recently..
(reports of poor customer service have been circulating for months.. refer to THREAD HERE) Your
current customers are getting the short end of the stick and it's not right. I do not currently own a Z however I was once very active within the 350Z community and still browse each Z forum daily. If you are too busy to respond to customers then you should hire someone to help with email's/PM's/call's or simply not take more orders until these issues are resolved. Sorry Rick but based on your
