i think it comes down to feel with these cars.

The 370 for example can keep up decent pace with a lot of cars on these lists but it makes it power differently (read not much down low but lots at top end)

Same with the M3, its a high revver. The 5.0 does rev high but it makes it power down low and has more torque.
Its all about your driving style. I have never been a Mustang person, if i had to have a label, I have always loved Corvettes but I dont like sitting in them. I dont find them comfortable for everyday so I wont have one. I was disappointed at how the 370 NISMO performed at VIR. C&D totaled one due to the brakes......but i like the car over all so thats what i love. This Boss Mustang has got me thinking twice.
Main reason I didnt end up with a 335i, service, any little problem with those things you have to go to the dealer, and bills can get quite high if you are out of warranty and i wasnt going to be buying one new.
I think this could be the problem with racing nowadays. The cars are so modified to go racing it causes all the people who own the showroom cars to argue which car is better. My simple answer. Next years car is better than what you have.....
