What part of Plano were you at? That happened to me once near my parents' house.. I was going 38-40 in a 35, got pulled over for "speeding" by a cop pacing me... checked me out, I was clean so he had to let me go. You must have been roaming around my side of town then lol 35mph are only around the EAST SIDE, foo!!
