Considering that even at worst, human industry produces less than 10% of the sum total of greenhouse gas emission, I think the whole eco friendly car scene is a crock.

I want hybrids/electrics to see if they can improve upon combustion's performance and/or value. I have no other interest.

Even electric cars are powered by coal, since that's what generates most electricity.
