No, the manufacturer is supposed to publish curb weight, which as posted before, is the weight of the car, it's fluids (including a full tank of gas), etc.

My Z06 was weighed by the LA DOTD and with 12 gallons of gas, it weighed 3180#.

1660# front, and 1700# rear.

Published weight by GM is 3175#.

It also has Lloyd floor-mats, which are legitimately heavy mats. I would say they added about 20# to my weight, because the Z06 does not come stock with a cargo mat, and that thing is big, and was heavy. The floormats had some heft to them as well.

With a full tank of gas in that configuration, it would have weighed 3216. Without the mats, I can EASILY see it cutting in under 3200#.

Being off by 20# is NOT! that bad for a factory spec. That is a margin of error of about 1%. This is the same as your 332bhp engine really being a 328.6bhp engine. Negligent.
