You'll save the most money if you use a compact box, something like the Nissan boxes brand new headlights originally come in, they're small, and very tight inside so the headlights wouldn't get damaged easily, if you can get a pair of those boxes, package the headlights inside and tape the boxes together that would be the best bet. Try getting a quote on shipping using 1 box for both headlights and a quote on 2 small boxes.

Expensive indeed.. last year i sent mine to San Diego from my country via fedex & the shipping alone cost me nearly USD1500 ... nearly the cost of the mod itself... Crazy~
