But it also is not my place to tell them there is a TSB for my car when even
THEY tell me today that the first thing they do on every car that comes thru their shop is to check on line for any TSB's that apply to that vehicle.
I did ask the service manager again about the issue and he told me again that the car should be taken to the people he had told me about before and that it was not covered under any type of warranty.
I present the service manager and manager with the COPY of the TSB. They then check to verify it is real, I can understand this, Then I am told they have no idea how it was missed.
I am getting a check to reimburse me for the door adjustment they charged me for. They are ordering me a new top and will notify when I can bring my car in to have it installed. They are also going to provide me a car to drive while my Vehicle is being repaired. (they said they do not normally provide cars to drive during work being done.)
I just smiled and pointed to the GTR in the showroom.
