Sounds like he's got a regular speeding ticket and will me in hauppauge (district court) in which case he's basically f'ed. Take it from one who knows. they really don't plea down at all there.

I know they dont plead down but i wasnt doing 78. and he only pulled me over bc it was a kid in a sports car. Ill see what the lawyer says today.

Mt Tam, you can only reschedule once to my knowledge in NY.
You are dead on right red6spd, you'll get a $300 DMV surcharge for excessive speed and be required to sign a letter stating that you won't be speeding ever again in the state. |
