This is where I buy them...both for my bikes and cars.
Welcome to www.tapeworks.com the premier aftermarket design source for motorcycle graphics and decals on the web.
Every color you can think of. Cheap and very fast shipping. First time will take you about 30 min. to put it on all four wheels. If you need anything bigger than 19" rims, call them to do a special order. Takes about a couple days to make.
Each package comes with 5 strips of tape. This is usually for motorcycles (1 on each side of each wheel x 2 wheels = 4 strips. 1 for extra in case you screw up.) But for cars, you only need 1 strip for each wheel (outside edge) so it works as well.
Clean your outer edge of your wheels with alcohol wipes. Be patient sticking the tape on around the lip, and use a heat gun / hair dryer if necessary to make it stick as the aluminum wheels can be cold and not sticky.
Hope this helps.
