Certain tickets about 4000 seats, you would buy season tickets and pay half. You only had to pay the other half if the Blues made the playoffs. It was part of their "Every Game Counts" promotions
kinda a good idea provided they made the playoffs. Now the owners are looking for buyers for the team......
